Excellent local, great area, delicious food, excellent beer. Nice Staff. I don't know about hotel, only biergarten.

Nothing worth remembering. Unfriendly staff at réception and breakfast, breakfast is ridiculous. When I asked for fruits they said they did not have and when I asked why the lady at the reception looked at me as I I were really bothering her with stupid questions. Every single limited thing was counted at breakfast, I felt awkward when I asked for a second honey plastic pot (there was only one for two people). They did not offer a second glass of juice or coffee, one wouldn't want to ask. Smiling is out of question. I would not go back.

Very good place, located in the center. But it was difficult to understand the location of the garage. Why don't just write, that it is on the hotel square?

Excellent location, in the middle of the old town. The room is large and very comfortable. Very clean. The restaurant in the hotel must be tried, food is delicious!

This beautiful hotel is set in The Old City convenient for walking around. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and convenient. The rooms are attractive with white pine furniture furniture and storage space. Bathrooms have been updated and work well. Small shower might be a challenge for large persons but, works great. Breakfasts are some of the best you will find in Germany. Staff is extremely helpful and an elevator is conveniently located. The Restaurant within the Hotel is excellent but, very popular so book early or when you get your room reservation! Love this facility for the convenience!

We were looking for a place in old city center and even though the prices were relatively high, it was worth the price as we were just 1min from Rathaus and literally in front of the most famous brewery in the city. Beds were comfortable, service very friendly and also amazingly quite even just 30m from brewery.

Very good food. Fast service. Friendly staff. Wonderful place to enjoy "fränkische Küche" in the middle of the old city. Special beer offerings. Outside and inside seating. Hotel rooms available.

Reception was very kind and informative. The parking lot is a bit far, which was a bit inconvenient. But a morning walk to the parking lot was quite nice. Breakfast was good, i really like your latte machine, it makes great coffee. But some fruit cubes would have been great if you could add them to your breakfast buffet. The first floor restaurant staff are very nice. Your mattress was very uncomfortable so I slept on my side. There were drunk people having party outside very late at night until like 2 am and it was very noisy.

The hotel is very well located, clean and, even located very close to one of the most famous bars, we had a very silent night. The room was new, cozy and clean. We had a very nice time there!
